One licence, one payment.
From KES 50,000 per machine, one-time. Multi-company installs are quoted. Licensed per machine, one-time. Not per employee, and not per month. Payroll software is usually priced to grow with you — per employee, per payslip, per month. This one is priced like the thing it is: software you own, on a machine you own, holding data that never leaves the building.

What the licence covers
There are no tiers and no add-on modules: every copy is the whole application. The month runs as one locked run — PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Affordable Housing Levy for every employee on the payroll, then the payslips, the KRA iTax file, the NSSF and SHIF returns and the bank upload file. It runs on macOS and Windows, and the count of employees never changes the price.
Running payroll for more than one company on the same install is the one thing quoted rather than listed — it depends on how many, which is a ten-minute conversation, not a negotiation.
Why there is no subscription
A monthly fee usually pays for the vendor’s servers. Pesa Sahihi has none: the application and its encrypted database live on your machine, and the software makes no network connections at all. With nothing of yours to host, there is nothing to bill you monthly for — and nothing that stops working if you never speak to us again. Statutory updates are included. When the tables change, we send you an updated build.
How buying works
- Tell us about your company. Someone reads every one of these, and you will hear back within one working day.
- The call takes about half an hour: your staff list, your statutory setup, and a straight answer on whether this fits.
- If it fits, your copy is built for your company — licensee name and companies provisioned in — and activated on your machine. Activated offline. No account, and nothing to renew through us to keep it running.
