What happens to what you type here

XELQ Ltd is the data controller for this enquiry. We use what you write only to reply and to prepare for the call. The message goes to our [email protected] mailbox and nowhere else on this website, which has no database.

Three companies see it in transit: Cloudflare, who host this site and run the spam check on this form; Resend, who deliver the email; and Google, who host the mailbox it arrives in. Resend and Google handle it outside Kenya. Your consent below is what we rely on for that (Data Protection Act 2019, ss. 48–49).

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will. If you become a customer, your contact details move into our licensing records, which our privacy notice covers separately.
