Ask for a demo

Tell us about your company.

Pesa Sahihi is for any Kenyan employer. It runs in the browser, with sign-in through the XelQ Portal, and we set it up for your company, so it starts with a demo.

Someone reads every one of these, and you will hear back within one working day.

The call takes about half an hour: your staff list, your statutory setup, and a straight answer on whether this fits.

Or write to [email protected], or call +254 738 250 260.

We need a name to put on the reply.

Which company is this for?

We reply by email, so we need one that works.

A WhatsApp number is fine.

A number we can reach you on.

Anything else we should know?

What happens to what you type here

XELQ Ltd is the data controller for this enquiry. We use what you write only to reply and to prepare for the call. The message goes to our [email protected] mailbox and nowhere else on this website, which has no database.

Three companies see it in transit: Cloudflare, who host this site and run the spam check on this form; Resend, who deliver the email; and Google, who host the mailbox it arrives in. Resend and Google handle it outside Kenya. Your consent below is what we rely on for that (Data Protection Act 2019, ss. 48–49).

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will. If you become a customer, your contact details move into our customer records, which our privacy notice covers separately.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, object to it, or withdraw this consent. Write to [email protected] and it is done. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Full detail is in our privacy notice.
